Canada's unemployment rate ticked up to 6.9 per cent in April, from 6.7 per cent the month before, Statistics Canada said on Friday.

Canada's unemployment rate ticked up to 6.9 per cent in April, up from 6.7 per cent the month before, Statistics Canada said on Friday.
